The training cycle

Protocol Skills' training cycle begins with the identification of specific training needs, and the appointment of a dedicated Account Manager. Commitment to the programme is established and an action plan is agreed and rolled out.

Our Protocol Skills colleague will help you through the various stages by:

1. Identifying training needs

Conducting a web-based skills survey, and mapping our programmes against any skill gaps, development needs and in-house training.

2. Confirming funding eligibility

Eligibility is established and feedback is provided on the employees who want to start learning.

3. Developing a training programme

Agreeing the appropriate programme/s, and a timetabled delivery schedule.

4. Delivering training

Work-based learning is done via Training Assessors, and scheduled to minimise disruption to the business.

5. Monitoring and reporting

With a dedicated National Account Manager, you will receive a monthly report on employee progress, plus periodic satisfaction surveys.

6. Promoting results

Specific marketing campaigns can drive employee interest, while ongoing advice on skills development needs and legislation changes can help you to keep up with new developments.

Throughout this process Protocol Skills offers the back up and support to keep things on track.
