This programme provides an up-to-date qualification that is in line with industry needs.  It is ideal for anyone working in face-to-face roles with children, young people (up to 16 years of age) and their families.  Level 2 is more suited to those who are supervised within their role and Level 3 is designed for supervisors or those who work unsupervised.
